Payment-processor fees are pass-through — you pay exactly what the processor charges, nothing more. ZALA's platform fee is the percentage shown on the ladder above, stated plainly: 2% on Free, 1.5% on Core, 1.25% on Growth, 1% on Pro, and 0.6% on Scale.
The platform fee is never taken out of a gift. Your church receives every gift in full; the fee is a percentage of net giving through ZALA, charged once a month to the payment method on file.
